Fine match-used condition. [Samuel Hopkinson played 8 matches for Victoria 1860-64, including 6 against visiting English teams]. {EHCC is Emerald Hill Cricket Club, which changed it's name to South Melbourne in 1883}. One of the earliest cricket bats known, with a direct relation to the sport in Australia.
