• A. Your web browser software is not compatible, you will need to upgrade your software using the links above.

• Q. I have the latest 'Internet Explorer' web browser and my operating system is a Macintosh, but I still cannot view some of the web pages.
• A. Please use the Safari web browser. Mac OS X with Safari browser should work.

• Q. I am using 'Internet Explorer' 6 and have tried to upgrade it, but the website says my operating system does not support it?
• A. It is likely you are using Microsoft Windows 2000 or lower, in this situation we recommend you upgrade your operating system as well.
